~ranga-pony added a cool filter to this one. I like how soft my eyes look in this one in comparison to my throat being on the blade
A bit of info on the cosplay...
I made his soul reaper uniform, no wait, let me rephrase that. I HAND SEWED that sould reaper unifrom. I wanted it to be as authentic looking as possible to hand sewed the whole thing. ~cries~ Don't ever hand sew stuff if you don't need to. I'll make another version of this uniform someday, make it more precise and what not, but it looks bloody awesome right here lol. I also wove the straw sandals myself, allergies did not like that. The only thing I didn't make here is the sword, I bought that from some custom sword makers down in Wellington, New Zealand.
I painted the hollow mask on my face, took just over two hours I think. If you want I can make a youtube tutorial on how I painted it. I used high quality acrylic paints and smudge proof eyeliner. The yellow contacts are from FantasyEyes.
Ah, I think that's it. I would love to know what you think of this cosplay, critisim is always welcomed, just don't be mean, ain't nobody got time for that.
I don't know much about Bleach, but I think your cosplay looks really great! And it's a very nice take on the mask with the facepaint, it added a very nice touch to the cosplay
Thank you! Yeah, you see a lot of the mask's made out of plastic, or papermache or other materials, so I wanted to do something a little different. Most cosplayers who paint Ichigo's mask on will use a costume or clown paint so they can move their face without the worry of the mask cracking. But I wanted the mask to crack, to look like it was crumbling away as Ichigo had to give up it's ultimate power, and I think that translated well witht he acrylic paint cracking away.
